As you can see from this picture and the picture above someone needs a haircut! So today Jacob got his 1st haircut! Mommy had to hold him, otherwise he would've been out of that salon. The lady had to cut really fast.

And since Jacob and mommy got their hair cut Ashley decided to at the last minute and ended up cutting 5-6 inches off!! It looks SO cute on her.

Poor lil' guy... the pics made us laugh! Love the new "do's"!! They are growing up so FAST!! We'll talk to you soon!
OMG! I can't believe how much bigger Jacob looks with his hair cut and Ashley's new "do" looks great. Treasure those moments...I already can't believe that Miles is 2 months old and tonight Sophia asked (and used) the potty! Miss all of you.
