Saturday was our very 1st Private Treaty Show Pig Sale on our farm. We had about 30 people that came and several more over cell phones. It turned out great for our 1st sale. Thank you to Grandma Terry for all the food and helping with the sale, Grampa Mike for being the "grill master" and cell phone operator, Bappa for all the help he gives Mark, and Gramma Ginny for watching the kids. We sure couldn't do it without all of you!! Enjoy the pictures.
Here is the 1st sale of the day. This little pig sold for $1500 and was the top seller of the day.

The cell phone operators. We had about 7 guys doing phone bids on the sale so 7 different people had to run cell phones to take their bids. Here is Grampa Mike and myself talking to a guy from Kentucky and from Indiana.

Daddy was pretty happy with everything. Next week he has a sale in Nevada, IA and then Indiana the following week.
